What a listing means — and what it doesn’t
- Every provider here passed our readiness quiz on IHSS hours, timesheets and EVV, and holds a certificate you can check live — tap Verify on any card.
- It is not a background check, a license, or county enrollment. IHSS providers are enrolled and paid through the county; families still complete that process.
- Providers list themselves and can leave anytime. Cards show a first name and last initial, county, languages and skills — never an email, phone or address. Messages go through the site; the provider decides whether to reply.
- IHSSProviderReady.com is a private business, not affiliated with CDSS or any county. The Care Provider Readiness Certification is an independent credential.
