No surprises: you agree to the terms at checkout, and we remind you before any monthly charge.

- Choose Advantage at checkout$30 (introductory price) covers your first 12 months, certificate included. Already certified? Open your provider card and join for $15.
- We remind you before you’re chargedAn email 1 to 3 weeks before your first $8 monthly charge, and a reminder once a year after that.
- Cancel online anytimeEvery reminder has a cancel link, and so does your provider card. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for.

Questions
Is $30 a limited-time price?
Yes. $30 for the first 12 months, then $8/month, is our introductory price. Everyone who joins while it lasts keeps $8/month for as long as their membership stays active. After the offer ends, the regular price is $80 for the first year, then $10/month.
Is the monthly charge automatic?
Yes. After your first year, $8/month is charged to the card you used, until you cancel. You agree to this at checkout, and we email you 7 to 21 days before the first monthly charge.
How do I cancel?
Online, in about a minute: use the link in any of our emails or the manage button on your provider card. No phone call needed. You keep everything until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my certificate if I cancel?
It stays valid through the date shown on it. After that you can renew it for $10 a year, the same as everyone else. Your provider card goes back to the free version.
I cancelled and want to come back.
Open your provider card and rejoin at the current monthly price, with no new first-year fee. During the introductory offer that’s $8/month; after it ends, $10/month. Your introductory $8 rate stays only while your membership stays active.
Is this a government program?
No. IHSSProviderReady.com is a private, independent business. Advantage is not issued, endorsed or required by CDSS, any county, or any IHSS Public Authority, and it doesn’t replace county enrollment, orientation or Live Scan.
