Provider orientation in San Bernardino County
In-person meeting first, then online
In person first: a weekly Provider Enrollment In-Person Meeting, with no appointment required, where you receive a New Provider BOUNDS Packet. Then you watch the orientation videos and sign the forms online in BOUNDS, and turn in the required documents to an IHSS or Public Authority office.
How to start: If you already have an IHSS client, go to one of the weekly meetings; for the schedule, the county says to call your client's social worker or visit the local IHSS office. Space is limited, and no late arrivals or guests are allowed. If you do not have a client yet, the county says not to attend and to apply to the Public Authority registry instead.
